I take on only the amount of business I can handle in order to not compromise the QUALITY and attention clients expect and deserve. Bigger is not always better.
Knowledge: The real estate Industry is constantly changing with technology and the economy. I make it my business to be your expert in the market by keeping current on changes in policies and trends.
Results: The complexity of today’s market can be frustrating for buyers and sellers alike. My market knowledge, negotiating experience, patience and persistence get my clients results. I personally work each transaction from start to finish, so my clients can feel secure in the knowledge that details will not be missed and any unforeseen developments will be dealt with quickly and effectively in the clients’ best interest.
Experience: I have been Licensed in 1986, active full time for 31 years since then. I have experience in all aspects of the Real Estate Business except for commercial.
